Looking for a challenge? Our team of former Reddit, Square, Meta, and Microsoft software engineers put together a coding challenge consisting of 21 programming problems (and solutions!) representing many of the topics that come up in interviews and on the job.
Looking for a challenge? Our team of former Reddit, Square, Meta, and Microsoft software engineers put together a coding challenge that consists of 21 programming problems (and solutions!) representing many of the topics that come up in interviews and on the job.
Over the course of the challenge's 21 days, our engineers will guide you through the coding problem of the day with intro videos to each problem.
A few more things you can expect from our challenge:
- We'll send you one coding problem each day; we'll send you the solution to that problem the following day
- The solutions will be in Javascript, but written in a way that can be converted to other languages easily
- None of the problems are terribly difficult, but some have common pitfalls; some are so simple that the best solution is often overlooked
- The problems are not all interview-level difficulty, but they do illustrate fundamental concepts where people often make mistakes in interviews; gaining mastery at this level of difficulty will make harder problems seem much easier
We all learn better together. If you're stuck on a problem or found a problem helpful, forward the challenge along to a friend and discuss it with them. You can also use the hashtag #21DayCodingChallenge and tag Formation to join the Challenge conversation on LinkedIn and Twitter.
