These outcomes come from actual Formation fellows. To protect everyone’s privacy, we apply small, fingerprinted adjustments to individual numbers, group employers into broad categories (e.g. Top Tier, FAANG, AI Leader, Big Tech, Top Fintech) instead of naming specific companies, and hand-pick examples across a range of backgrounds — not just the top results. Think of it as a good faith picture, not a highlight reel, exhaustive list, or statistical sample.
