These rows come from actual Formation Fellows. We publish enough detail to make the outcomes useful while reducing re-identification risk: individual numbers are rounded and privacy-shifted per viewer, employers are shown as broad categories (e.g. Top Tier, FAANG, AI Leader, Big Tech, Top Fintech), and examples are selected across backgrounds rather than sorted for the largest wins. The table is illustrative, not exhaustive or statistically representative, and raw records remain internal.

HOW WE PROTECT PRIVACY
Detailed rows are useful, but they can also be identifying. We require a valid email, avoid names, use employer categories, and show rounded, privacy-shifted numbers so people can evaluate patterns without exposing a Fellow's private offer.
WHAT THIS ISN'T
A promise, prediction, financial-planning tool, or employer ranking. Job searches and offers depend on market conditions, role, location, interview performance, prior compensation, and each person's circumstances.
Important methodology. This page uses two related but separate views: headline aggregate stats for the 2025 placement dataset through December 31st, 2025, and a curated table sample with its own “last reviewed” date. The table is not a running total for the headline stats. Compensation figures follow our Terms methodology and may include base salary, first-year signing bonus, target performance bonus, and first-year public equity value when available and applicable; some data is self-reported or otherwise unaudited, missing categories may affect calculations, and private-company equity is often excluded when a fair current value is unavailable. Individual table values are privacy-shifted and employer names are generalized. Past outcomes do not guarantee future performance; use this as context, not as legal, financial, or career advice.
