How does the remote program work?

Mentor-led and peer sessions are live and take place based on your availability. There are also independent tasks to complete outside sessions, and those are able to be done at any time.

Can I take classes or work while in the program?

Students are able to work or study while participating in the Formation program, but we do not recommend participating in the program if you already have multiple commitments outside and 15hrs per week would be difficult to maintain. We want to ensure that participants have time to learn at their own pace with breathing room to hone their skills, not memorize material.
